Zusammenfassung:Despite being around for over 2 decades, the concept of learning agility is still evolving. Organizations continue to express an interest in measuring it, and consulting firms continue to develop new ways of assessing it, even though scholars and consultants have yet to come to an agreement on how to define it. The purpose of this article is twofold: to review the pros and cons of different ways to measure learning agility and to help interested practitioners apply best practices in measuring it, including determining whether to measure learning agility as opposed to another construct of interest, at a time when the construct itself is still being defined. What's It Mean? Implications for Consulting Psychology Practitioners are challenged by their clients to measure learning agility at a time when the field is still developing it as a construct. This article provides a practitioner-oriented framework to aid in making the best decisions possible in working with clients to effectively measure and use learning agility despite its evolving nature.
