description | On the basis of summarizing nuclear power equipment's characteristics of high safety requirements, long service period and giant system, the differences between the value chain and the industrial chain of nuclear power equipment are analyzed. It is pointed out that the lifecycle value chain for nuclear power equipment is multi-core and multi-stage, and the cooperative participants of the value chain at each stage can be divided into leading enterprises, follow-up enterprises and participating enterprises. The shortcomings of the existing value chain of nuclear power equipment are summarized. A lifecycle value chain synergy system oriented to nuclear power equipment is put forward to meet the horizontal penetration and vertical linkage requirements, in which forward-inverse synergy, spatio-temporal synergy and virtual-real synergy methods are used to promote traceability of quality control, credibility of data representation and controllability of object management, respectively. The operation mechanism of the lifecycle value chain for nuclear power equipment is elaborated, which is characterized by the integration and mutual influence of theoretical research and engineering practice. The key technologies and software components involved are also summarized. A collaborative management and control platform for lifecycle value chain has been built and preliminarily applied for nuclear power equipment, providing a model reference for the value chain collaboration of small-batches multiple-variety complex products. |
