It constructs a model to promote the development of teaching evaluation in colleges and universities. At the same time, the evaluation of college teaching under the background of Internet is analyzed by neural algorithm. Through the optimization of the existing evaluation system, the optimization of the corresponding work is completed. This article has carried on the simulation verification; through the time characteristic analysis of the verification system, it provides the reference value for the establishment of the evaluation system of two-course education.
