Zusammenfassung:Aminophosphabetaines, i.e., isobutyl {[alkyl(dimethyl)ammonio]methyl}phosphonates with higher alkyl substituents at the nitrogen atom, were obtained by a three-stage synthesis. Structure of the compounds was established by IR, NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry methods. All compounds obtained demonstrate antimicrobial activity against Bacillus cereus , Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacterial strains, as well as Candida albicans fungi.
