Study on immunotherapy of malignant tumor based on dendritic cells

The research of dendritic cells (DC) has been one of the hot spots in the field of malignant tumor immunotherapy in recent years. DC is currently known as the most powerful full-time antigen-presenting cell, which plays a key role in anti-tumor immunity. Although DC accounts for only a small proportion of the whole lymphocyte, it is the most important member of APC system. A large number of research data show that DC plays an important role in the process of tumor-specific immune response. This article mainly introduces the biological characteristics, anti-tumor mechanism and clinical application of DC.
