Zusammenfassung: | According to the study scheme, the control group animals received the main ration (MR), experimental I – MR + oak bark extracts 33.3%+birch leaves 33.3%+St. John’s wort grass 33.3%, experimental II – MR+oak bark extracts 50%+birch leaves 50%, experimental III – MR+Oak bark Extracts 50%+St. John’s wort grass 50%. Extracts were administered to individual drinkers at the rate of 1.66 ml / kg of body weight. According to the results of insitu studies, it was found that the digestibility of the dry matter of the grain mixture when administered with oak bark extracts is 33.3%+birch leaves 33.3%+St. John’s wort grass 33.3% was higher compared to the II and III groups by 11.98 and 13.52%. The lowest digestibility of the dry matter of the grain mixture was observed in the group receiving oak bark extract 50% and St. John’s wort herb extract 50%, this indicator was lower by 1.54% in comparison with group II. Application of oak bark extracts 33.3%+birch leaves 33.3%+St. John’s wort grass 33.3% contributed to an increase in the number of bacteria belonging to the phylum Firmicutes by 5.65 and 6.24% from groups II and III. The introduction of oak bark extracts and birch leaves contributed to the better development of bacteria of the families Muribaculaceae (by 2.49 and 1.14%), Prevotellaceae (by 9.06 and 8.07%) and Candidatus Saccharibacteria (by 0.06 and 0.34%) in comparison with groups I and III. |
