Zusammenfassung: | Practical and theoretical research has been conducted to ensure the efficient use of thermal energy and energy-saving methods in the consumption and production processes of the population. In particular, they got acquainted with the existing heat exchangers in the preparation of the experimental device. In this article, a method is given for determining the parameters of thermal conductivity in laboratory conditions, heat exchangers, as well as a double processing of the results obtained by the method of least squares and methods of analysis. Practical and theoretical research has been conducted to ensure the efficient use of thermal energy and energy-saving methods in the consumption and production processes of the population. We analyze the results of the experiment on the basis of the theoretical method. In order to add clarity to this, a program was developed for the smallest squares method to analyze test results for pipes of different cross-sections and to determine the efficiency of the heat transfer surface. This program can be used in technological calculations of pipelines of different diameters. When we looked at it using the least squares method, we didn’t get the result we needed. Because the errors in the calculation process with the smallest squares method varied by up to 30%, which is a very large shortcoming. It was therefore analyzed on the basis of high-order polynomial expressions. According to the results of the study, the efficiency of a pipe with corrugating wall inside the heat exchanger was 20-30% higher than that of a normal pipe. Using the software on the computer, a device of the required size is recommended for heat-consuming, manufacturing enterprises. This increases the efficiency of the thermal energy used in the plant. In short, if the proposed device for the pipe section of the boilers of manufacturing enterprises is used, it is possible to build additional greenhouse, fruit drying shops, such as production or service buildings in the enterprises. This created the opportunity to prepare and use low-cost hot water and earn additional income in the production of bricks or porcelain. |
