Zusammenfassung: | In a vehicle, the main function of a muffler is to reduce the noise of the engine. To achieve attenuation and back pressure goals, an automotive muffler is designed and altered. The exhaust system today is designed to provide minimal noise, emissions, maximum reliability, packaging, protection, flow speeds, lower system constraints, compatibility with high temperatures, and resistance to corrosion, ease of servicing and most economic. In addition to its vehicle interface, the exhaust system has various characteristics, including vibration, acoustics, thermal distribution and reliability, flow and power loss. In this study, the car muffler is used for the vibration study, in which the frequency of total deformation and stress is studied. In a car, reducing the noise of the engine is the key purpose of a muffler. An automotive muffler is designed and adjusted to accomplish attenuation and back pressure objectives. Today's exhaust system is engineered to provide minimal noise, emissions, optimum reliability, packaging, safety, flow speeds, reduced system limitations, high temperature compatibility, corrosion resistance, and ease of serviceability. |
