Zusammenfassung:Two new sesquiterpenes, 7-hydroxy-15-nor-α-cadin-4-one ( 1 ) and 15-nor-α-cadin-4-one ( 2 ), together with six known sesquiterpenes ( 3–8 ), were isolated from the stems of Fissistigma maclurei Merr. Their structures were elucidated using comprehensive spectroscopic methods. All compounds were evaluated on their anti-inflammatory activities via testing the inhibitory activities against nitric oxide (NO) production induced by lipopolysaccharides in mouse macrophage RAW 264.7 cells in vitro.
