The problem of the paper is that most of the Iraqi universities do not apply the total quality management tools in its performance therefore the paper focus on identifying the relationship between total quality management and university performance, the study include preparing questionnaires forms and distributed on a sample of faculty deans, their assistants, and department heads and these questionnaires were analysis using statistical program (SPSS) by frequency and percentages. In order to know the direction of each hypothesis and the evidence validity or incorrectness of the hypothesis and the extent to which the phrases coincide with the hypothesis, the following measures were used (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and mode).
