description | Social insurance is highly relevant to the rights of the insured and the economic security of senior citizens. While a robust supervisory mechanism is in order, social insurance supervisory bodies are often limited to resources and manpower. It is hence necessary to introduce an information system to assist in the oversight. This paper conducted a literature review and expert interviews to generalize potential problems and key success factors regarding the introduction of information systems by social insurance supervisors in the case study. A systematic thinking based on system dynamics was provided for the construction of a system dynamic model of information systems in social insurance supervision and as a reference to social insurance supervisory bodies. |
