Zusammenfassung: | A general approach to designing multielement eddy-current transducers and to choosing their parameters upon detecting surface defects of various types on the cylindrical surfaces of parts is considered. The results of choosing the parameters of a multielement laid-on transducer and the testing conditions obtained by a mathematical simulation are presented. A system for stabilizing the air gap between a transducer and the surface of a test object is designed and tested on a specially prepared cylindrical sample with a defect. |
