Complete resolution was seen after excision in all cases of dermoid and sebaceous cyst. Conclusions: Aspiration and drainage followed by splinting is a simple, safe, and effective surgical treatment of pseudocyst. Simple excision is the most effective surgical treatment of dermoid cyst and sebaceous cyst. |
