description | The article is devoted to the development of models and an algorithm for forming the project team of a mechanical engineering enterprise. A feature of the proposed approach is taking into account the relationship of competencies when forming an assessment of the general competence of candidates. The presence of such links can lead to a change in the initial assessment of the competence of the team member during the implementation of the project. The paper proposes an algorithm for forming the composition of a project team based on cognitive models of competence. The algorithm is based on the initial assessment of each candidate and its subsequent refinement, taking into account the built cognitive model of competence and the competence influence matrix. To increase the objectivity of the initial assessment, it is proposed to use a set of tests selected on the basis of a two-criteria model of forming an effective test package. The model criteria are the minimization of the number of tests and the maximization of the quality of competency assessment. The results obtained are illustrated by the example of an IT project team. The developed software product allows you to automate the process of team building and replicate in various departments and projects of the enterprise. |
