Zusammenfassung:The aim of the work was experimental modeling in laboratory and field conditions of the influence of various doses of lead, which belongs to heavy metals of hazard class I, on the processes of transformation of phosphorus-containing organic matter in soils, which take place with the participation of enzyme systems. Relevance and choice of objects of study are due to increased development pressure on the soil and reduce their fertility, as well as the participation of a hydrolytic enzyme phosphatase in providing living organisms available phosphorus. The experiment was carried out on medium loamy soils: in field conditions on typical chernozem and in laboratory conditions on typical chernozem, gray forest and urban soil. The introduced doses of the toxicant (Pb) were in the range of-1-4 UEC (approximate permissible concentration). It was shown that metal doses equal to or higher than the ODC significantly inhibited the transformation processes of phosphorus-containing organic matter in soils. The observed effect increased with an increase in the content of metals in the soil.
