Zusammenfassung: | Proposed, for the purposes of the present paper, is a model of a thermal state of the GM2D177 engine mount with a functional rubber hump of 60° Sh hardness and a height of 22 and 27 mm, respectively. The load is asymmetric and ranges from 400 to 800 N. The constructive specificity is made possible to consider the problem of thermal conductivity through a flat wall with a heat sensor located in the middle. Internal and surface temperatures of the hump are measured and the amount of lost energy to overcome the internal friction is defined. Established, finally, was a good convergence of the experimentally measured internal temperature. |
