Zusammenfassung: | The effect of production and operational factors on breakdown of pipe welded joints made of heat-resistant steel 15Cr5Mo, prepared with austenitic welding materials is studied. The production factor is related to presence of metal sections with a martensitic structure and a high level of residual stresses. A study of stresses using X-ray structural analysis demonstrates good correlation between their values and the nature of cracking and fracture. The operational factor is associated with intensification of corrosion processes due to use of the durable backing rings of various materials, regardless of the size of the gap between the backing rings and base metal. |
