Zusammenfassung: | This article deals with the ABIS II optical sensor from Carl Zeiss Optotechnik GmbH, which is used in the automotive industry to check the surface quality of moulded parts. Within the research, the process of scanning the moulded part using the ABIS II system was examined in detail, and on the basis of this, the most fundamental influences on the accuracy of the scanning and surface evaluation were determined and analysed. Measures for the elimination of negative influences were designed and implemented, thus creating better conditions for measuring and inspecting the parts. The main benefit of this paper is the mapping of the ABIS II sensor properties and to pass on the experience to future users of this inspection system. |
