description Diffusion of information continues to increase within the health care community with the guidance of medical libraries and available resources whether print or online. This paper is such an attempt to provide some insight for the medical stakeholders about the online journals (scholarly & trade) acquirable in ProQuest health & medical complete database. The paper reports that scholarly journals expedite access to nearly 2113 journals in medical discipline which outnumbers the trade journals. Furthermore, article examines the subject, publisher, and language wise contribution of the leading scholarly & trade journals communicated in the database. The study is advantageous to the researcher & student community by providing immediate visibility to the journals in light of various dimensions to make the intellectual output accessible to all.
