XYZ in order to reduce disability with DMAIC tools. By controlling the quality of the product that is controlling from the beginning to the distribution of products to consumers. It is known that the average value of waste at PT. XYZ reaches 5.36% which means it needs improvement. In the DPMO calculation it is proven that the company's sigma value is 3.6 where if you want to raise it to 4 sigma there is a GAP of 0.4 with the largest type of crepe defect. After knowing the average waste and the existing sigma value, a standard improvement was made for the approval of the implementation for the company. |
