Subjects worked 5 (0-7) [median (range)] days with 3 also working (sedentary) at weekends. Most participants were asleep 12am - 6am, and 3 worked nights. Subjects self-perceived as very active (7.4±2.1 Likert score) at work. Barring exercise, objectively measured PA increased with SP-reported PA. |
