Zusammenfassung:The research entitled "The Effect of Cow Manure and Neem Compost Toward NPK Uptake, Soil Respiration, and Rice Production in Organic Paddy Field in Imogiri Bantul" aims to recognize the effect of organic manure to soil respiration and the uptake of NPK and to compare between cow manure and neem compost which are able to provide NPK and efficiency of optimum uptake on rice. This research was conducted in Organic Field at Kebon Agung, ImogiriSubdistrict, Bantul Regency by using Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with seven treatments and threereplications. The results showed that neem compost treatment has increased soil organic matter, soil CEC, total N, available N and K, P uptake, plant height and number of tiller. Using neem compost 15 ton/ha, showed better plant height, number of tiller and rice productivity.
