Zusammenfassung:Based on the paradigm of theoretical research and the theory of self-determination, this paper, taking the basic psychological needs as a key intermediary element, analyzes the role of self-motivation in the development of physical literacy level by level, and systematically explores its generation process.It believes that an individual must make full use of the subjective and objective conditions of physical, family, school and so on, and actively and reasonably integrate into the field.Only under the condition that the individual meets the ability needs, independent needs and belonging needs, could we guide the internalization and integration of extrinsic motivation, and make it develop in a positive direction, and generate autonomous motivation, so as to encourage the persistence of explicit physical activities.In this way, it is possible to continuously practice the journey of physical literacy through "embodied dimension" and become a physically literate person.
