Be aware although it’s rare! Toxic Shock Syndrome following Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Septoplasty
This case report illustrates the rapid and fulminant course of Staphylococcal Toxic Shock Syndrome as a potential postoperative complication of sino-nasal surgery, and serves as an aid to otorhinolaryngologists for its recognition and early goal-directed therapy.
