BIM technology is the primary means of the development of the construction industry. It can play a vital role in prefabricated architecture. As an efficiency tool, BIM technology can provide high synergy efficiency, accurate design experience and low error rate for prefabricated buildings. With the development of construction industry, BIM technology has very important research value in the deepening design of prefabricated architecture.
