Zusammenfassung:A study is made of water-oil emulsion separation in a separator section having a baffle with variable inclination angle for intensification of the separation process. Calculations are performed based on 2-D geometry in a rectangular area corresponding to the longitudinal section of the separator. The study revealed that for emulsion separation intensification the optimum baffle inclination angle α = 65°.
