Zusammenfassung:One fundamental problem for students is a low understanding of the concept of kinematics. The reason is that the use of learning models is limited to learning lecture methods. Therefore, this research uses mind mapping learning models as an alternative to help students improve their understanding of kinematics concepts. This study uses a single group pretest-posttest design with treatment using mind mapping learning models. The results showed that the average student pretest score (n = 21) was 4.28, and the average posttest score was 8.66. This shows an increase in the mean score of 4.38 after treatment.
