(LAGP) that is recognized as one of the promising solid electrolytes for next-generation solid-state lithium batteries. To minimize loss of versatile element, crystallization of LAGP using a microwave irradiation is introduced. Experimental results demonstrate that B enhances grain boundary conductivity, while Ga improves the bulk ionic conductivity. Co-doping of B and Ga leads to enhanced total ionic conductivity and remarkably reduced activation energy. |
