Zusammenfassung:In this work the effect of Cobalt doped Zincoxide thin films have been prepared by nebulizer spray pyrolysis technique for various concentrations such as 0, 2.5% and 5% at substrate temperature 400°C. The structural, morphological and optical characterization has been studied. The X-ray diffraction and morphological investigations proclaimed that the doping concentration influences the crystalline size. It increase with dopant concentration. The optical properties revealed that the band gap value increases with Cobalt concentration. The reflectance of the Co doped ZnO thin film is also studied. The seen couraging results suggestthat the Co doped ZnO thin films is suitable for antireflection coating in the photovoltaic cells.
