A Electrochemical Sensor for Hyperin Determination in Chinese Medicine Based on Graphene Composites Modified Electrode
A high sensitive voltammetric platform for hyperin detection was developed based on hematite phase iron oxide (α-Fe 2 O 3 ) doped graphene (GR). The synergistic effects between α-Fe 2 O 3 and GR drastically enhanced the electrocatalytic activity of the resulting materials. The morphology and structu...

-GR composites. The sensor had good voltammetric response to hyperin, and the linear in the range of 1.0–100 nM. The detection limit of hyperin was found to be 0.5 nM (S/N = 3). Additionally, the designed electrochemical sensor was performed with good selectivity, reproducibility and stability in three real species. |
