Zusammenfassung:To overcome the poor stability and compatibility of molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) in organic solvents and resins, the hydroxyl silicate (HNS) was used as carriers, and a kind of novel MoS 2 particles with microspheres structure (MoS 2 /HNS) was finally prepared via a hydrothermal process. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was chosen to observe the morphology of the prepared MoS 2 /HNS. The MoS 2 /HNS was then used as fillers to add into the bismaleimide (BMI) resin to prepare a new MoS 2 /HNS/BMI composites. The results suggested that the microspheric MoS 2 /HNS possesses better stability and compatibility with BMI resin, while both the tribological properties and the mechanical properties of MoS 2 /HNS/BMI are also increased compared with BMI pure resin with the appropriate addition content of MoS 2 /HNS.
