Structure formulas for wave operators

We revisit the structure formula for the intertwining wave operators $W_{\pm}$ associated with $H=-\Delta+V$ in $\Bbb{R}^3$ under suitable decay conditions on $V$. We establish quantitative bounds on the structure function. Throughout we assume that $0$ energy is regular for $H=-\Delta+V$.
