Zusammenfassung: | The highly productive supported bifunctional catalyst based on cobalt, zeolite ZSM-5, and a binding agent (boehmite) is developed for the production of gasoline and diesel hydrocarbon fractions. Influence of the concentration of the ZSM-5 zeolite in the range of 0–70 wt % and cobalt (6.4–18.0 wt %) on activity and selectivity for individual groups of hydrocarbons in the synthesis of hydrocarbons from CO and H
2
is studied. The catalysts are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller method, and hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction and tested in the synthesis of hydrocarbons from CO and H
2
in the continuous mode at a pressure of 2.0 MPa, a gas space velocity of 1000 h
−1
, and a temperature of 240°C. It is found that the time of reduction of the supported catalyst should be at least 10 h. In the case of an increase in the fraction of the zeolite in the catalyst,
iso
-alkanes are predominantly synthesized; to a lesser extent, branched alkenes. On the contrary, in the case of a decrease in the concentration of cobalt, the branched alkene selectivity grows and
iso
-alkane selectivity drops. The optimum concentrations of the zeolite and cobalt for the highly productive supported bifunctional catalyst are within 60–70 and 6–12 wt %, respectively. |
