Two-Criterion Optimization of Automatic CNC Grinding Cycles
A new method is proposed for optimizing the automatic cycles for wheel grinding with respect to two criteria: maximum productivity and minimum machining cost. The methoyd is based on structural and parametric changes in the grinding cycle on the basis of optimization by dynamic programming.
