Zusammenfassung:In order to improve the forming strength of polyether-ether-ketone(PEEK), the relationship between the process parameters of fused deposition modeling(FDM) and mechanical properties is studied by orthogonal test. The mechanical properties of PEEK sample under the influence factors of nozzle temperature, printing speed and filling angle are compared and analyzed, and the optimal printing parameters under the existing conditions are studied to improve the forming quality. The results showed that the effects of various process parameters on the experimental results are different, the most obvious is the temperature of the nozzle, the second is the filling mode, and the printing speed has little effect on the experimental results. Optimum technological parameters combination as follow: the nozzle temperature is 420℃, the printing speed is 10 mm·s-1 and 0°filling way. The strength of PEEK component can be increased by improving the process parameters, the mechanical properties of the manufactured customized implants can meet the requirement of clinical application. One case of customized PEEK implant have been successfully used in clinical and have achieved good results which lays a foundation for its wide application in clinic.
