Zusammenfassung:The functional physical characteristics (electrophysical and optical properties) of a thin-film nanocluster system upon a change in the topology/morphology of surface solid structures are considered. Features of the fundamental physical effects in such systems allow us to talk about a new area of research: topological photonics, which has undoubted practical promise, particularly in the field of femtosecond nanoelectronics.
