Zusammenfassung: | The identification of substructures of white matter cords allows for the evaluation of neurodegenerative diseases which explains the use of imaging methods in the clinical field. Construction of three-dimensional objects from anatomical structures characterized by a certain functionality in the hierarchical structure of the brain can lead to a better interpretation of processes from limited or low resolution data. These objects can be built up by simple algorithms if those algorithms that can overlap on detailed experimental data of the connectome structure can be found. |
