Besides, we reconstructed the phylogeny of Prunus using maximum likelihood (ML) method, including our data and previously reported cp genomes of related taxa. The phylogenetic analysis indicated that C. kumanoensis is close related with a group including Prunus takesimensis and P. speciosa.
