Salary Scales and Trends

Salaries are frequently thought of as being dependent upon a man's skill, edu-cation, experience and other individual characteristics. For many purposes, how-ever, some generalizations are desired and some easily measured characteristic is likely to be a basis for comparison and forecasting.
