This paper starts by contextualizing the reader in the implementation of this type of project in Colombia making emphasis on the case study in question and analysing the importance of its influence in the sustainable use of productive soil in the region where the project was carried out. The main takeaway of the study was finding out that all subject groups give the highest relevance to the “environmental impact” criterion.
