Decision support software for chemical accident elimination management

Chemical accidents cause enormous damage to both the infrastructure and the environment. Measures to eliminate the consequences of the accident include a number of comprehensive measures. An important role in the effectiveness of emergency response is played by the accurate calculation of the emergency forecast. The paper presents software that provides a study of the process of chemical contamination during accidents at chemically hazardous facilities and means of transport. The principle of the program and its functionality are described.
