Zusammenfassung: | The analysis of the existing technologies and devices realizing grind of cellulose and receiving the micro and nano fibrillated cellulose is carried out. The configuration of a magnetic system of installation with a discrete secondary part eliminating the main defects of the existing installations is developed. Optimum geometrical parameters of an element of a discrete secondary part are picked up. The optimum processing conditions of natural suspension in the electromechanical converter with a discrete secondary part for receiving nano and mkrofibrillyarny cellulose is defined. The new method of management of driving of a discrete secondary part is offered. The mathematical model describing process of driving of an element in a pulp slurry that will become a basis for development of the conjugate mathematical model of the discrete secondary part connecting parameters of driving and a hydrodynamic cavitation with assessment of effectiveness of process of fibrillation of fibers of cellulose is developed. |
