Bradykinin-induced mesenteric vasodilation is mediated by B(2)-subtype receptors and nitric oxide
Mechanisms mediating bradykinin-induced anterior mesenteric artery vasodilation in anesthetized rats were examined. It was found that the mesenteric vasodilation in rats is mediated partly by B2-receptors and endogenous nitric oxide generation.
