In vivo NMR investigation of intramuscular glucose metabolism in conscious rats

In vivo 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy was used to determine quantitatively the flux of muscle glycolysis, glycogen synthesis, pyruvate dehydrogenase and pyruvate carboxylation in the hindlimb of rats.
