Influence of NaErF4@NaYF4 nanoparticles doping on performances of Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 solar cell

We report the improvement of Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) solar cells via doping NaErF4@NaYF4 (NEYF) nanoparticles.
