Zusammenfassung:A series of novel ( E )-2-[(1-phenyl-1 H -1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methylene]-2,3-dihydro-1 H -inden-1-one derivatives has been synthesized by condensation of 1-phenyl-1 H -1,2,3-triazole-4-carbaldehydes with 2,3-dihydro-1 H -inden-1-one. The synthesized compounds are characterized by 1 H and 13 C NMR, and mass spectrometry, and tested in vitro against four bacterial organism and two fungal organisms. The tests data demonstrate moderate to good activity of the compounds.
