Endotoxin administration alters the force vs. pCa relationship of skeletal muscle fibers

Recent work indicates that endotoxemia elicits severe reductions in skeletal muscle force-generating capacity. The subcellular alterations responsible for these decrements have not, however, been fully characterized.
