AMP deaminase in piglet cardiac myocytes : Effect on nucleotide metabolism during ischemia

The purpose of this study was to examine in situ regulation of AMP deaminase in newborn piglet cardiac myocytes and to determine its role in nucleotide metabolism during ischemia.
