Zusammenfassung:A geometrical model of a multi-stage compressor flow path is developed for the ANSYS engineering analysis system. For presentation of the main elements of the compressor templates were used, the choice between them allows you to change the composition of compressor stages in accordance with necessary scheme. The structure of the model includes following elements: impellers; labyrinth shaft seals, impellers and a thrust force piston; the gaps body – impeller; return channel, diffusers, suction and discharge chambers. vane or vaneless diffuser. Compressor elements and each of its stages are automatically rearranged and positioned relative to each other according to their location. For most of flow path elements circuits different configuration can be used in accordance with user’s instruction. All parameters of the model are summarized in a single control unit, greatly simplifying the process of variation and would reduce the time for rebuilding the geometry and the formation of new source data.
