Zusammenfassung: | La0.9Bi0.1Cr1-xMnxO3 (0≤x≤0.3) samples have been prepared using the sol-gel process. These samples have been analyzed for their structural and dielectric properties. X-ray diffraction patterns affirm that the samples have the orthorhombic crystal symmetry with Pnma space group. Crystallite size is calculated by employing the Williamson-Hall analysis and is found to decrease with the increase in Mndoping. FTIR spectrajustify the formation of La0.9Bi0.1Cr1-xMnxO3 (0≤x≤0.3). Dielectric constant increases with the increase in Mn concentration and is found to have colossal values. Impedance analysis using Nyquist plots reveal that the non-Debye type of relaxation of the grains is responsible for the conduction process in these samples. |
